HARIYALI CHICKEN CURRY
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken 1kg
- Onions 4nos
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
- Corriander,mint and curry leaves 2cups
- Green chilies 3nos
- Pepper powder 1tbspn
- Salt as per taste
- Water for cooking
- Butter 2tbspn
- Cashew paste 1tbspn
Process
Grind in the onions to a paste.Saute them well in butter and add ginger garlic paste and pepper powder and let them cook for a while. Now grind in the green chilies,corriander,mint ,and curry leaves and add them to the onion mixture.Add in the chicken pieces and let it cook, once it gets cooked open the pan and add in the cashew paste and cook for 2mins.
