BANANA BURFI
- Banana (big) 4nos(crushed)
- Grated coconut 3/4cup
- Jaggery 1/2cup
- Cardamon powder 1/2teaspn
- Nuts and kismis 1/2cup
Heat ghee in a pan add in the crushed banana and saute well. Add in the grated coconut and jaggery and stir well.Once it starts removing from the pan add in the cardamon powder and the nuts and transfer it to a greased plate. Once its cooled up cut it into the desired shapes and serve.
