VEGETABLE SAMOSA



  • Carrot                         1/2cup(finely grated)
  • Beans                          1/2cup
  • Onions                        1cup
  • Ginger                         1small pc
  • Garlic                          5cloves
  • Curry leaves                 1/2cup
  • Corriader leaves          1/4cup
  • Green Peas                   1/2cup
  • Oil                                for frying
  • Water                            1cup
  • Turmeric powder          a pinch
  • Green chillies                3nos
  • Chilli powder               1/2teaspn
  • Pepper powder              1teaspn
  • All purpose flour           11/2cup
  • Wheat flour                   1/2cup
  • Salt                                1tbspn



Heat oil in a pan and saute up the onions,ginger,garlic,green chillies,and all the vegetables along with curry leaves and corriader leaves and sauté well now add in all the masalas and salt and mix well.Once its done pour some water and let it cook for a few minutes.





Make a dough with maida,wheat flour,salt and some oil.Now roll up the dough to chappathis and divide them into 4 equal parts.

Take a spoon full of vegetable mixture and place it in the centre and fold them as for a cone and stick up the sides using some water or maida mixed with some water and deep fry them in hot oil.Once it turns light brown remove it from fire and serve it with any sauce of your choice..
