ULLI VADA/ONION VADA
INGREDIENTS
- Onions 5-6nos
- Green chillies 2nos
- Curry leaves 1/2cup
- Rice flour 1/2cup
- Besan 2cups
- Salt for taste
- Ginger small pc
- Asafoiteda 1teaspn
- Oil for frying
Take a large bowl and mix in all the ingredients together with some water and make a smooth batter.Dont make the batter too watery or too hard.Now make a small ball with the mixture and flatten them on your palms or on a plastic sheet and deep fry them and turn them occationaly and once it turns brown remove from fire and tranfer to a kitchen towel and serve it with some ketchup.
