FISH MOLY
- Fish 3-4pcs
- Onions (big) 3nos
- Ginger 1big piece
- Garlic 7-8cloves
- Green chillies 4-5nos
- Crushed pepper 11/2tbspn
- Tomatoes 1small
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Chilli powder 1teaspn
- Salt 11/2 teaspn
- Oil 1/2cup
- Curry leaves 1/2cup
- Corriander leaves 1/4cup
- Coconut milk1st extract 1/2cup
- Coconut milk ( 2nd extract) 1cup
- Marinate the fish with turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt and set it aside for about 1hour and then fry them slightly. Now heat oil in another pan and sauté up the onions , ginger,garlic,green chillies, tomatoes and salt .once its done add in the 2nd extract of coconut milk and let it cook for about 5-10 mins ,now add in the fish pieces and let it boil for another 5mins.then add in all the curry leaves and coriander leaves which gives an extra flavour for the curry.Finally add in the 1st extract of coconut milk and let it boil on a low flame for about 5mins and then remove off from fire and serve it hot with bread/appam etc.
