JEERA RICE
- Basmathi rice 2cups
- Jeera 11/4tbspn
- Pepper corns 1teaspn
- Cashew and kismis 1/2cup
- Cardamon 2nos
- Cinnamon 2sticks
- Cloves 2-3nos
- Salt 1tbspn
- Ghee 4tbspn
- Water 4cups
Heat ghee in a thick bottomed vessel and roast up the jeera,peppercorns,cashew and kismis and the spices,Then add in the washed and dried up basmathi rice into the ghee and stir up nicely. Finally add in 4cups of water and salt and let it cook.
Once its done serve it with some spicy curry which is definetly going to be a good combination.
