          Sarkara payasam normally reminds me of the prasadams which we get from temples.Ahhh i just enjoy having it. Infact we do plan for temple visits if its sure that we will get these hot payasams.They normally serve them in leaves which gives an extra taste for it and being really hottt its justtttt eeeemmmmm....... This one i had just tried back home after the navarathri festival ,with the rice which i had kept for the pooja in my house. This simple recipe can be made on any special occations with simple ingredients and a very simple process.The extra flavour of the ghee enriches the dish and gives a good aroma.
