PINEAPPLE KESARI
- Pineapple 1cup (finely chopped)
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Water 2cups
- Sooji/rava 3/4cup
- Cardamom 1no
- Cashew and kismis. 1/2cup
- Ghee 1/2cup
Keep water to boil in a pan to this add in chopped pineapple and sugar and let this cook.
In another pan pour in ghee and add in cashews and rava and roast gently until the cashews are fried. To this add in the boiling pineapple and stir quickly,keeping the fire on a low flame. When the rava gets cooked transfer these to bowls and serve.
