Chicken cutlets

Chicken                       11/2cups
Onions                        2nos
Green chilly                2
Ginger                         1small piece
Potatoes                     2medium(mashed)
Curry leaves                1tbsp
Pepper powder           1tsp
Garam masala              1tsp
Turmeric powder           a pinch
Chilli powder                 1tsp
Eggs                                2nos
Bread crumbs                2cups

Cook up the chicken and shred them.

Heat oil in pan, to this add in onions and saute until translucent. To this add in ginger,green chilies,potatoes,curry leaves,salt,shredded chicken and all masalas and saute again. Make this to a dry masala. Now take  small balls out of them and dip in egg and roll out in the bread crumbs and make desired shapes of them and deep fry or shallow fry them until golden brown in colour.
