COFFEE PANNACOTTA
- Milk 1cup
- Fresh cream 200ml
- Gelatin 1tbsp
- Cold water 3tbspn
- Coffee powder 1teaspoon(any)
- Sugar 112cups
- Vanilla essence 1/2teaspoon
Soak gelatin in cold water and let this melt.
Keep a thick bottomed pan on fire,to this add in milk and coffee powder and let it boil. When the coffee is ready, pour in some vanilla essence/vanilla beans and stir gently. Then add in sugar and soaked gelatin and mix thoroughly.Now switch off the flame and add in fresh cream and mix gently until well combined. Transfer these to small bowls and refrigerate for about 1hour and demould them to serving plates.
Note:
To demould the pannacottas dip them lightly in hot water.
