Pepper powder            a pinch

Chicken masala

  •  Shredded chicken                               1cup
  • Onions                                                 1no
  • Ginger and garlic                                1/2teaspn(crushed)
  • Curry leaves                                         1tbspn                   
  • Green chillies                                       2nos
  • Turmeric powder                                a pinch
  • Chilli powder                                     1teaspn
  • Garam masala                                    1teaspn
  • Corriander leaves                                1/4cup
  • Pepper powder                                  3/4teaspn
  • Oil                                                    4tbspn    
  • Salt                                                   3/4teaspn                                        
                  Heat oil in a pan and saute up the onions,ginger,garlic and green chillies.Then add in all masalas and saute again.Now add in the shredded chicken and salt and saute.To this add in some water and let the chicken cook.When its cooked and forms a dry consistancy add in curry leaves and corriander leaves and mix and switch off the flame.

For assembling:

Beat up eggs in a bowl, to this add in pepper powder and salt.
Cut off the edges of the bread,dip them in egg mixture and place each of them in a deep small non stick vessel.You can place four bread slices at a time, leaving no gap in between.Now spread some chicken masala evenly over it.Again place the dipped bread slices over it,then the masalas and again the dipped bread slices.
Place  a non stick tawa on fire over it place the vessel and let them cooked on a low flame for 10mins.Switch off the flame and let them cool and revert them to the tawa.
Keep them back on fire for another 5mins.
Again flip them to a plate and cut into slices and serve.
