SEV

Sev is a very basic ingredient used in most of the chaats.It is one of my favourite too.Back home we make it as an evening snack on some lazy days.This recipe is so simple to make and requires only a few ingredients which is always available at home and at the same time it is very tasty when had alone also.We dont even know how it vanishes when it is being served.

Besan                              1cup
Asafoetida                       a pinch
Salt                                 1/4teaspn
Turmeric powder            1teaspn
Hot oil                             1teaspn

Mix all ingredients  together with water to a slightly watery dough.


 Now with the help of a chakli drop in the besan dough to hot oil and turn up immediatly and transfer to a tissue.When it gets cooled up store in an air tight container.
