EGG FRIED RICE

Basmati Rice                    2 cup

Carrot                               ½ cup

Beans                               1/2cup

Egg                                    2-3nos

Onions                             1no

Green chillies                   2nos

Capsicum                           1/4cup

Garlic                                 1 teaspn(finely chopped)

Pepper powder                1teaspn

Soya sauce                         3 tbspn

Chilli sauce                          1tbspn

Salt                                        11/2tbspn

 

In a deep bottomed vessel boil 4cups of water with 11/4tbspn of salt in it. Put the rice to the boiling water and let it cook.In another pan /wok pour some oil,add some garlic to it and roast.Now add in the finely chopped onions, carrot ,beans and salt ,pepper powder and green chillies and roast again until it gets slightly cooked. You can add in some water at this stage to cook the veggies. Finally add in the capsicum and roast again.Then add in all the sauces and mix well .Now take the cooked rice and put to this pan.In another pan pour some oil and fry the eggs with a pinch of salt when its done transfer it to the rice and mix everything together and serve.
