- Peel the potatoes and cut them finely or put in a food processor and slice them.
- Soak the potatoes in water for a few minutes to remove the starch.
- Now strain the water through a staier and when the water has left put them in hot oil and fry lightly and remove them from fire when its half done.
- Again keep the oil in high flame and drop in the half cooked french fries to it.
