Eggs                                                 6nos
Onions                                             1no
Capsicum                                         1/2cup
Carrots                                             1/2cup
Mushrooms                                      1/2cup
Green chillies                                   2-3nos
Cheese                                             1cup
Salt                                                   for taste
Pepper powder                                 1teaspn
Tomato                                             1big


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add in the vegetables with a pinch of salt and saute well.
  2. Beat up the eggs in another bowl with cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Now transfer the eggs evenly into the vegetable mix pan and close it with a lid untill it gets cooked up,when its almost done add in more grated cheese above it and let it cook again.
  4. Once its done turn it upside down and switch off the fire after a few seconds.
