Veg Momos
- Maida. 11/2cup
- Oil. 1tbspn
- Salt. 1teaspn
- Water. For kneading
For filling:
- Onions. 1no
- Carrots. 1/2cup(chopped)
- Cabbage. 1/2cup
- Capsicum. 1/4cup
- Beans. 1/4cup
- Soya sauce. 1teaspn
- Pepper powder. 1/2teaspn
- Green chilies. 1no
- Salt
- Ginger and garlic. 1teaspn
Keep a pan on flame to this pour some oil and sauté onions, ginger and garlic once it leaves off the raw smell add in all the veggies, green chillies and salt and sauté again. Finally add in pepper powder, Soya sauce and spring Onion and mix well until dry.
Schezwan sauce
Dried red chillies 20nos
Shallots. 5-6nos
Ginger and garlic 1teaspn
Soya sauce. 1teaspn
Brown sugar. 2teaspn
Rice Vinegar. 2teaspn
Salt
Soak red chillies in water for 30mins. Grind this to a fine paste.
To a pan add some oil, sauté ginger,garlic and Shallots. To this add in grinded red chillies with enough water and let it cook to a sauce consistency. Finally add in Soya sauce, brown sugar,spring onions and vinegar and switch off the flmae. Serve this. You can store this in containers and use as needed.
