CORN CHEESE SAMOSA
INGREDIENTS
To a pan add in some oil and saute onions. Once it becomes light add in garlic and saute again.To this add in spices and saute until its raw smell leaves. To this add in corn and capsicum and salt and mix gently. Finally add in corriander leaves and cheddar cheese and mix and switch off the flame. Now leave this aside to cool.
FOR THE DOUGH
To a bowl mix in the above ingredients with enough water to a smooth dough.
Make medium sized balls of the dough and roll them. Now cut this to a half and place the filling in the centre and fold them to a cone and stick them with some water in your finger tips. Now deep fry these in oil until golden brown in colour and transfer them to a towel and serve these crispy samosas with some tomato ketchup.
- Corn 1cup(cooked )
- Onion 1no
- Garlic 1/2teaspn(chopped)
- Capsicum 1/2cup(finely chopped)
- Crushed pepper powder 1/2teaspn
- Crushed corriander 1/4teaspn
- Cumin powder a pinch
- Corriander leaves 1tbspn
- Cheddar cheese 1/2cup(grated)

- Baking powder a pinch
- Salt
- Oil for frying
