Corn cheese balls
- Corn 1cup{cooked}
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2cup(shredded)
- Butter 1tbsp
- Maida 1cup
- Milk 1cup
- Salt 1/2teaspoon
- Pepper powder 1tbsp
- Corriander leaves 1/2cup(chopped)
- Bread crumbs 1cup
- Carrot(finely grated) 1small piece
- Potatoes 3nos(cooked and mashed)
- Ginger (chopped) 1small piece
- Green chillies 1no
- Corn flour 1/2cup
Keep a pan on fire, add in butter and let it melt ,now add in 2tbspn of maida and saute,to this add in milk and stir well until there are no more lumps. The white sauce is done. Now transfer this to a large bowl.
Give a quick swirl to the corn in a mixer(not to a paste form).
Trasfer these too to the white sauce. Again dump in the carrot, green chillies, potatoes, cheese, salt, coriander leaves,2tbspn of corn flour,2tbspn of maida and pepper powder to the corn and mix until well combined.
To another bowl mix together rest of the maida, corn flour and salt with enough water to a not so thick batter.(this step is very important as its the binding factor otherwise there are chances for the cheese to melt off while frying)

Now make small balls out of the corn mixture; dip them in maida batter and roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry these until brown in colour.
When they are done transfer them to a towel and once the excess oil gets drained serve them in plates with some ketchup.
