Orange pudding



  • Orange juice                        2cups(Fresh juice)
  • Condensed milk                  1/2tin
  • Gelatin                                   11/2tbsp
  • Whipping cream                  2cups
Keep Orange juice for double boiling on a low flame, to this add in gelatin and mix well and switch off the flame.


In another bowl fold together whipping cream and condensed milk. To this add in the gelatin mixed Orange juice. Now transfer these to serving bowls once they reach room temperature and refrigerate for about 3hrs.

When they are done you may serve your guests directly in the bowls or you may transfer to plates and serve.
Note:
1.Do not add any water while extracting Orange juice.
