FOR THE DOUGH
Maida 2cups
Wheat powder
1tbspn
Baking powder
1/2tespn
Salt a pinch
Knead up all the ingredients together as for a chappathi
dough.
Make small balls and roll them up as for puris.
Place 11/2tbspn of
the masala on the puri and place the next pruri above it and with the help
of a fork slowly press the sides so that the filling doesnot come out.Fry these
in oil until it turns golden brown in colour.
