EASY TO COOK LEMON RICE





INGREDIENTS

  1. Boiled basmati rice                      2cup
  2. Mustard seeds                             1/2tbsp
  3. Curry Leaves                              1/4cup
  4. Green chillies                             1no
  5. Lemon                                        1
  6. Red chillies                                2nos
  7. Urad Dal                                    1tspn
  8. Raw peanuts                              1tbspn
  9. Channa dal                                1tbspn
  10. Asafoeitida                                 1teaspn
  11. Cashew &kismis                        1/4cup
  12. Turmeric powder                       1/2teaspoon
  13. Oil                                             1tbsps
  14. Salt                                            a pinch

Method

Heat oil in a pan and add in the mustard seeds.Once it stops spluttering add in green chillies,red chillies,turmeric powder ,curry leaves,urad dal,peanuts,cashew & kismis,Asafoeitida  and salt and saute well.Now remove it away from fire and add in the lemon juice.Again  add in the boiled rice and stir well.
