EASY TO COOK LEMON RICE
INGREDIENTS
- Boiled basmati rice 2cup
- Mustard seeds 1/2tbsp
- Curry Leaves 1/4cup
- Green chillies 1no
- Lemon 1
- Red chillies 2nos
- Urad Dal 1tspn
- Raw peanuts 1tbspn
- Channa dal 1tbspn
- Asafoeitida 1teaspn
- Cashew &kismis 1/4cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
- Oil 1tbsps
- Salt a pinch
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add in the mustard seeds.Once it stops spluttering add in green chillies,red chillies,turmeric powder ,curry leaves,urad dal,peanuts,cashew & kismis,Asafoeitida and salt and saute well.Now remove it away from fire and add in the lemon juice.Again add in the boiled rice and stir well.
