VEGETABLE ROLLS




Ingredients


  1. Onion                                            1big
  2. Carrot                                           1no
  3. Garlic,garlic paste                          1teaspoon
  4. Capsicum                                      1
  5. Green chillies                                 2nos
  6. Soya sauce                                   1tbsps
  7. Chilli sauce                                   1/2tbsps
  8. Tomato sauce                               1/2tbsps
  9. Noodles                                       1/2 cup(cooked)
  10. Maida                                           3 1/2cups
  11. Corn flour                                     1/2 cup
  12.  Salt                                              a pinch
  13. Bread crumbs                               2cups
  14. Egg                                               2nos (optional)
  15. Water                                           21/2cups
  16. Oil                                                for frying


METHOD
               Saute the onions,carrot,capsicum,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,salt  and add a little water to cook them..Once it gets cooked add in the sauces & noodles & keep it on low flame for 1-2mins & remove it from fire.
              Now mix the maida , corn flour , salt and water and make a thin batter (similar for dosa). Now make small pan cakes with this batter.
            Fill in the mixture to the pancake on one end.Fold it once & then fold in on the either sides.You may apply some water on the edges to stick it properly.Now fold it completely into thick rolls. Dip the rolls in the beaten eggs and again in the bread crumbs & fry them in oil. Now you can serve these yummy rolls with tomato sauce.

TIP
1. Fill in the mixture to the pancake immedietly once its cooked, as we may not be able to fold it when they cool up.
