VEG PULAV


Ingredients

1.Basmathi Rice                       3cups
2.Carrot                                   1cup (finely chopped)
3. Beans                                   1/2 cup(finely chopped)
4. Peas                                     1/2cup
5.Capsicum                              1/4cup
6.Celery                                    for garnishing
7. Salt                                       as required
8. Ghee                                     2tbsps
9. Spices                                   1/2 tsps (finely grounded)
10.Water                                   6cups


 METHOD
             
             Wash the basmathi rice and drain off the remaining water. Keep a large vessel on fire. Add ghee into it ,put the drained rice into the vessel and stir untill the ghee gets well coated with the rice grains.Pour in about 6glasses of water and a tablespoon of salt to it and let it cook.
             In another vessel boil the vegetables( carrot,beans etc).
          Take a non stick pan and add in the finely grounded spices to it and roast lightly then add the capsicum and cooked vegetables,,salt etc and roast agin.Transfer the rice to this and mix well and close the lid and let it cook for about 2mins.Th. Once its done sprinkle some celery over it and serve.t.
