VEGETABLE CUTLET

INGREDIENTS


  1. Potatoes                             2nos
  2. Carrots                               2nos
  3. Beetroot                             1no
  4. Green peas                         1/2cup
  5. Onion                                 1no
  6. Ginger                                1/2tbsps
  7. Garlic                                 1tbsps
  8. Curry Leaves                     1/2cup
  9. Salt                                     as required
  10. Bread Crumbs                    3cups
  11. Oil                                      for frying
  12. Water                                1cup

METHOD

In a pressure cooker add in the sliced  onions,ginger, garlic and curry leaves and saute them well.Now add in all the vegetables, salt and water and cook them well .Make sure that the entire water is drained off. Now add in half the bread crumbs to this & mix well,this would tighten up the mixture. Make medium sized balls by patting it in your hands. Dip this into the bread crumbs and pan fry it.
