ARI UNDA (KERALA STYLE)

Ingredients

  • Red rice                2cup
  • Jaggery                 2cup(grated)
  • Coconut                1cup
  • Cardamom            1/2tsp 
METHOD
Put the rice into a pan on fire and start roasting it untill it stops spluttering and  its colour changes.Now put them in your mixer and grind it to a thin powder,seive them and again roast and grind untill its fully done.Again add the jaggery
, cocunut & cardamon to the rice powder & mix properly. Then make it to medium sized balls  & serve.This can be stored in air tight containers for few days also.
