GOBI MANCHURIAN

  1. Cauliflower                        1no(small)
  2. Corn flour                          5tbsp
  3. Maida                               1tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste           1/2teaspoon
  5. Salt                                  1/2teaspoon
  6. Pepper powder                1/4teaspoon
  7. Oil                                    for frying
  8. Onions                             1no
  9. Garlic                              4_5pods
  10. Green chillies                   1no
  11. Celery                             1/2cup
  12. Capsicum                        1no
  13. Soya sauce                      3tbsp
  14. Tomato sauce                  4tbsp
  15. Chili sauce                       1tbsp              

Boil water in a bowl with some salt and add in the cauliflower florets to it and let it cook(this helps to remove any impurities over it). But make sure it's not over cooked.
To a bowl add in corn flour,maida,ginger garlic paste,salt and pepper powder ,mix it gently with enough water to a dipping batter.
Now strain off the cooked florets and transfer them to the batter and mix well until it gets well coated.  Then take each floret and deep fry in oil.
In another pan heat some oil saute in garlic,onions,green chillies , celery and capsicum lightly. Add in salt and saute again. To this add in soya sauce,tomato sauce and chilli sauce and saute again. Finally add in the fried cauliflower and mix well until the sauce gets well mixed. Garnish them with celery and serve as a starter or with noodles or fried rice.
