Namkeens

This recipe is something which we can have once we just feel like munching something. Being made of maida i dont guaratee it to be a healthy snack,but still it has sesame seeds which are pretty much an healthy ingredient especially for girls.


  1. Maida                                1.5cup
  2. Sesame seeds                 1tbsp
  3. Baking soda                      1/4teaspoon
  4. Oil                                        2tbsp
  5. Salt                                  1/2teaspoon
  6. Water                               as needed

To a bowl add in the above ingredients and knead them to a smooth dough and let it rest for 30mins. 


 Now you can see small white pimples on the dough . Knead this again lightly.
Pinch off small pieces from the dough and place them on a plate (no need to smear anything over the plate)Now with your finger just give a press and take each piece and drop  these in hot oil and deep fry . You may store these in airtight containers for few days aslo.
