  • Puffed rice                          1cup

  • Tomatoes                           1no
  • Coriander leaves                1/2cup
  • Sev                                    1cup
  • Peanuts                              1/2cup

  • Coriander Chutney              1/2cup
  • Tamarind dates chutney      1/2cup



Tamarind dates chutney
Tamarind                            1big lemon size(seedless)
Dates                                    5-6nos(seedless)
Grated jaggery                     4tbsp
Cumin powder                     1/2teaspoon
Coriander powder                1/2teaspoon
Chilli powder                         1/2teaspoon
Salt                                       1/2teaspoon
Water                                     2cups

In a pan keep water to boil. To this add in tamarind,dates and jaggery and let this cook. When it's almost done  add in the masalas and salt and cook again. Once it has thickened themselves remove from fire and let them cool.  Now grind this to a smooth paste and transfer to a bowl.


Corriander chutney
Corriander leaves                   2_3sprigs
Garlic                                         2pods
Green chillies                            1no
Salt
 Grind up all the above ingredients to a smooth paste with enough water.


papdis

Wheat flour                   1cup
Maida                           1cup
Cumin seeds                1teaspoon
Ajwain                         1/2teaspoon
Salt                          
Oil                                    2tbsp
Water                               for kneading

To a bowl add in the above ingredients and knead them with enough water to a chappathi form. Keep this aside for 10mins. Keep oil on fire for frying these.


Roll the dough to chappathi and with the help of a cutter cut them to circles and deep fry them.


Now it's time for plating.
Take a plate layer them with puffed rice,onions,tomatoes,peanuts ,papdis, lemon juice, tamarind chutney and coriander chutney and mix well. finally garnish them with sev  and corriander leaves
You can add or delete items accordingly.
