Jackfruit kheer(chakka payasam)
Jackfruit 1kg(cleaned)
Jaggery 600gms

Keep about 2cups of water on flame and add in jaggery to it. Wait until it melts down completely. Now turnoff the heat and keep this aside.
Roast up nuts and coconut flakes in 2 tbspn of ghee and keep aside.

Cut down jackfruit to thin pieces and boil in a big vessel with sufficient water. Once this gets cooked switch off the flame and let it cool.
When it's cooled grind them in a mixer to a smooth paste.

Now the real preparation begins.
Transfer the grinded jackfruit to a big vessel, to this add in the jaggery syrup and stir continuously until the whole mixture gets well combined.

Now add in 2nd coconut milk and stir again thoroughly without leaving your hands from the big spatula. Once this reduces to half the quantity and leaves out a good aroma add in cumin and cardamom powder and 1st milk and stir gently. Finally add in the fried nuts and flakes.
Then switch off the flame and serve in glasses.
