Kalakand

  • Paneer                                   250gms
  • Milk                                      3/4cup
  • Condensed milk                     200gms
  • Cardamom powder                1/2teaspoon
  • Chopped almonds/pista          1/4cup

Grate up the paneer.
To a nonstick pan pour in milk , condensed milk ,cardamom powder and grated paneer and mix well. Keep this on a low flame. Now stir them continuously until it becomes thick. Then transfer them to a greased tin/plate and garnish with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
When it's set cut them to squares and serve.

Note:
If you wish it to be more sweet you may add in sugar also.
