Chemeen samosa/prawns samosa
- Prawns(chemeen) 250gms
- Onions 2big
- Ginger and garlic 1tbspn
- Green chillies 2nos
- Curry leaves 2sprigs
- Coriander leaves 1/4cup
- Chilli powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
- Pepper powder 1/2teaspoon
- Salt 1teaspoon
Marinate prawns with little chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. Roast these gently in oil and keep aside
To the same pan add in more oil and fry onions,ginger,garlic green chillies along with the masalas. To this add in the fried prawns and saute again. Pour in little water so that the masalas get well combined. Close the lid and let it cook for 3minutes. Open the lid and saute this well to a dry texture and keep aside.

For the dough
- Maida 2cups
- Atta 2tbsp
- Salt 3/4teaspoon
- Baking powder a pinch
Make a hard dough with the above ingredients.
Make small balls out of these and roll them to a chappathi. With the help of a knife divide them into 4.
Take each triangle place the filling and fold from one side then from the other and then from beneath. Deep fry these in hot oil and serve.
