Turmeric powder        1/2teaspoon
Lime juice.                    1teaspn
Salt                                1/2teaspoon

Clean up the chicken well, make a small cut over the stomach and clean the inside portion also.
Give few slits over the chicken so that the masala gets well coated and cooks easily.
Make a smooth paste with the above ingredients by adding in little water and
marinate them over the chicken. Keep this aside.
For the stuffing

  1. Boiled egg                  1no
  2. Onions                       3nos
  3. Ginger                        1teaspoon(chopped)
  4. Garlic                         1teaspoon
  5. Green chillies              2nos
  6. Turmeric powder       1/2teaspoon
  7. Chilli powder              1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala             11/4teaspoon
  9. Pepper powder           1/2teaspoony
  10. Curry leaves                2sprigs
  11. Oil                               for frying

To a pan pour in about 2tbsp of oil and saute up the onions until translucent. To this add in ginger, garlic, green chillies and the masalas and saute again until well combined. Pour in some water so that the masalas maybe well mixed. Finally when the residue becomes a dry version you may add in curry leaves and squeeze a portion of lemon in it.
Now take the whole chicken and cut the stomach portion with a scissors. Place the boiled egg inside then stuff in the prepared masala, as much as you can. But do not over stuff. Now with the help of a kitchen twine and needle stitch the cut portion and also tie up both the legs together.

Take a large vessel and pour some oil to it and place in the stuffed chicken slowly with breast portion down. Fry this lightly turning over each side.

Again transfer this to the oven and bake for 10mins at 180 deg.
Once the chicken gets baked transfer them back to the vessel and fry again with the remaining onion masala, Flipping over each side.

Now this is ready to go to your serving plates. Cut and serve them to your loved ones after squeezing some lemon over it
