POKKUVADA

Besan                                      11/2cups
Rice powder                            1tbspn
Onions                                     2nosbig
Ginger                                      1small piece
Curry leaves                             3tbspn
Asafoetida                                a pinch
Turmeric powder                     1/2teaspn
Green chillies                            3nos
Salt                                           3/4teaspn
Oil                                           for frying
Water                                      for mixing
Mix in all the above ingredients(except oil)together in a bowl and keep aside for a few minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and once its very hot drop in small balls into it and deep fry them and serve them hot hot with a cup of tea...
