VEGETABLE BALLS( A HEALTHY SNACK FOR KIDS)

Spinach                                         2bundles
Onions                                          2nos
Potatoes                                       2nos
Carrots                                         2nos
Green peas                                   1cup
Ginger and garlic                          finely grated
Green chillies                                2-3nos
Bread slices                                  10pcs
Bread crumbs                               1cup
Egg                                               2nos
Pepper powder                            1teaspn
Turmeric powder                           1teaspn
Oil                                                for frying

1.Boil all the vegetables.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, ginger, garlic,green chillies and masalas and saute well ,now add in all the vegetables and add in some water and close the lid for a few seconds until the water has been absorbed and switch off the fire.
3. When this is cooled make balls according to the preffered sizes.Take a bread slice dip in water and remove immediately and place it on your palms and flatten them , now place the ball on the flattened bread and cover the ball completely now dip them in the beaten eggs and then in the bread crumbs and deep fry them in oil untill it turns golden brown in colour.
4..Drain the oil and serve it hot.
