SPINACH CUTLET

ITEMS :)

Spinach                              2bundles(washed and chopped finely)
Onions                               2nos
Ginger and garlic                1tbspn(finely chopped)
Green chillies                      2-3nos
Potatoes                             2nos(boiled and smashed)
Turmeric powder                a pinch
Pepper powder                  1teaspn
Garam masala                    1/2teaspn
Bread crumbs                     2cups
Egg                                     2nos
Oil                                       for frying
salt                                       3/4teaspoon


SPINACH CUTLET
   PROCEDURE:

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions,ginger,garlic,green chillies and spinach together untill they are cooked.Now add in all the masalas and potatoes and mix well. Pour in some water and allow it to cook well. When water has been absorbed switch off the fire. When this is cooled you may add in some bread crumbs ,so that it becomes a little tight.Now make small balls and turn it off into desired shapes and dip them in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs and pan fry them (you may opt for deep fry, but i pan fried them as to make it a more healthy recipe)  and  serve.
