ALLOO PALAK

Baby potatoes                          3-4nos
Spinach                                    4cups
Jeera                                        1teaspn
Onions                                     1no
Ginger,garlic paste                    1tbspn
Green chillies                            2nos
Turmeric powder                      a pinch
Pepper powder                        1/2teaspn
Chilli powder                            1tespn
Corriander powder                   1/2teaspn
Garam masala                           1/2tespn
Salt                                           1teaspn
Fresh cream                              1tbspn



Boil the potatoes
Heat oil in a pan and fry them untill it turns golden brown in colour and transfer them to a bowl.
Now add in some oil into the pan and splutter the jeera and add in onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies and all masalas and salt and mix together well. Grind up the spinach to a fine paste and transfer this to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.Finally add in the fried potatoes and leave it on low flame for 2mins.Remove them from fire and add in the fresh cream and mix well.The dish is ready to serve.
