SOYA MASALA
- Soya chunks 1cup
- Onions 1nos
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
- Curry leaves 1/2cup
- Cumin seeds 1teaspn
- Red chillies 1nos
- Mustard seeds 1teaspn
- Turmeric powder 1/2teaspn
- Chilli powder 1teaspn
- Corriander powder 11/2tbspn
- Pepper powder 11/2teaspn
- Garam masala 1teaspn
- Salt for taste
- Oil for frying
METHOD
Cook the soya chunks with some turmeric powder and salt. Heat oil in a pan add in the mustard seeds,cumin seeds, curry leaves,red chillies etc. Now add in the onions and saute up. Add into it the ginger garlic paste and all the masalas and saute well, add into it a little water so that all the masalas get balanced.
Now add in the soya chunks and keep on frying untill it reaches a thick consistency.
