SOYA FRY...............
- Soya chunks soaked and chopped 11/2cups
- Onions 2big
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Chilli powder 1teaspn
- Corriander powder 11/2teaspn
- Garam masala 1teaspn
- Pepper powder 1teaspn
- Greean chillies 2nos
- Curry leaves 1tbspn
- Oil for frying
Heat oil in a pan and add in the soya chunks and saute welluntill it changes its colour, now add in all the masalas and saute again.Once its done remove it from fire and keep it aside .To this oil add in the onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute well again.Finally add in the fried soya and mix well add in salt and curry leaves and saute again.
