PINEAPPLE JAM


INGREDIENTS

  1. Pineapple                                           3cups
  2. Sugar                                                  3cups
  3. Citric acid                                          1/2teaspn
  4. Yellow colour                                     1/4teaspn
  5. Water                                                31/2cups
PREPARATION
  • Cook the pineapple pieces with water on a low flame untill tender
  • Add sugar and let it cook until dissolved
  • Finally add in the citric acid and colour and cook untill it thickens up 
  • Remove from fire and once it gets cooled transfer them into an airtight container.
