RIBBON NOODLES






INGREDIENTS
  • Ribbon noodles                                            200gms
  • Carrot                                                          1/4cup(finely sliced)
  • Celery                                                          1/4cup
  • Onions                                                         1cup
  • Bell peppers(red & green)                           1cup
  • Oregano                                                       1teaspn
  • Chilli flakes                                                 11/2teaspn
  • Salt                                                               a pinch
  • Pepper powder                                             1teaspn
  • Garlic                                                            1teaspn(finely chopped)
  • Mushrooms                                                   1/4cup
  • Soya sauce                                                    1tbspn
  • Oil                                                                 3tbspn

Boil the noodles in a vessel; some water and a pinch of salt, when the water starts to boil add in the noodles and let it cook for a few minutes.When it is almost cooked remove from fire and drain out water from it and pour in some tap water so as to stop it cooking further.
Heat oil in a wok, add in the garlic and saute it up then add in all the vegetables and toast well. Add into it oregano,chilliflakes,salt,pepper powder,Soya sauce etc and toast again. Now add in the cooked ribbon noodles into it and toss up well.Once its done remove from fire and serve it hot.
