NEY PAYASAM


  1. Broken matta rice                              3/4cup
  2. Jaggery                                              350gms
  3. Ghee                                                  6tbspn


Cook the rice with enough water in a cooker as a porridge.
Melt jaggery in a sauce pan and strain them to remove if any impurities.Transfer this to the cooked rice and start stirring until combined .Now add in a generous quantity of ghee and stir continuously to a thick consistency. Now the neipayasam is ready to be served.
