BADAM HALWA

  1. Badam                                  1/2 cup
  2. Sugar                                    3/4cup
  3. Saffron                                 2strands
  4. Milk                                     1/2cup
  5. Ghee                                    2tbspn




Soak saffron in 1/4cup of milk.
Soak badam in water for about 4-5hrs and peel its skin.You can just peel them between your fingers.
Grind the badams to a fine paste with 1/4cup of milk.


Now transfer them to a pan on fire.Add sugar and mix well.

To this add in  ghee and soaked saffron and keep on stirring continuosly until it starts leaving off the pan.When it forms a ball switch off the flame and transfer them to a bowl and serve.
