EGGLESS MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE


All purpose flour              1cup
 
Coco powder                    1/4cup
 
Baking soda                      3/4teaspn
 
Sugar                                  3/4cup
 
Vanilla                                11/2tsp
 
Milk                                   1cup
 
Water                                2tbspn

Seive together all-purpose flour,coco powder,baking soda etc to a bowl.
 

Take another bowl and whisk oil,sugar,vanilla and milk to a smooth solution.To this add the sieved dry ingredients little by little and mix gently.Finally add in water and mix again.

Take a microwave safe bowl and grease them with butter and maida and pat it well so that the maida reaches all the nook and corner of the bowl.This helps the cake to flip out of the bowl easily.

Microwave this for about 7-8mins(microwave mode)

When its done leave it untouched for about 15-20mins and once it gets cooled flip it to a plate and pour the chocolate glaze above it.
