GRILLED CHICKEN IN A PAN FRIED MASALA....
INGREDIENTS
Mix in all the ingredients together and refrigerate for about 2-3hours and grill them in the oven for about 15-20mins.
FOR THE MASALA
Saute up all the ingredients together in a pan very well(the taste lies on how well the onion and other ingredients are sauted). Add in the grilled chicken into the masala and saute well again, close the lid and leave it for about 10-15mins again on a low flame by stirring occationally.
- Chicken 500gms
- Chilli powder 1tbspn
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Garam masala 11/4teaspn
- Cumin powder 1teaspn
- Oregano 1/2teaspn
- Curd 1teaspn
- Lemon juice 1teaspn
- Salt for taste
- Ginger garlic paste 11/2teaspn
- Oil 1teaspn

- Onions 4-5nos
- Ginger 1tbspn(finely chopped)
- Garlic 1tbspn(finely chopped)
- Green chillies 3-4nos(finely chopped)
- Tomatoes 1no(chopped)
- Curry leaves and corriander leaves 1cup
- Salt as required
- Oil 2tbspn
