GINGER CHICKEN...(IN A SIMPLE AND HEALTHY METHOD)

INGREDIENTS



  • Chicken                                  1/2kg
  • Ginger garlic paste                   3tbspn
  • Onion                                      3-4nos
  • Tomatoes                                 5nos
  • Red chilli powder                      1tbspn
  • Cumin powder                           a pinch
  • Salt                                            1teaspn
  • Sugar                                         a pinch
  • Corriander paste                         11/2tbspn
  • Green chillies                               2nos
  • Soya sauce                                  1teaspn
  • Chilli sauce                                   1teaspn
  • Tomato sauce                                2tbspn
  • Oil                                                 3tbspn
                                                     Marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste(1/2 portion),salt,cumin powder. Leave this for about 1hour in the refrigerator.Now heat oil in a pan add in the chicken  pieces and fry them lightly and remove it to a plate. 
                           Now add in the onion paste, ginger garlic paste,Chilli paste,tomato paste, corriander paste etc and saute well untill the raw smell turns off. Now add in the fried chicken pieces and let it cook for  a few minutes. Now add in the  sauces,sugar and salt and mix well.This goes well with baturas, rotis and nan.
