RAVA LADDOOO
INGREDIENTS
- Rava/sooji 1cup
- Ghee 2tbspn
- Sugar 1cup
- Milk 1/2cup
- Cardomon a pinch
- Kismis,cashew ,badam 1tspn
- Heat a pan and roast up the rava/sooji very well. Now add in ghee and roast again untill its light brown in colour.
- Then add in sugar and cardomon and mix well.
- Add in milk to this and stir well untill its cooked.Now add in all the nuts and switch off the fire.Make small balls with it before it gets cooled up.
- Let this rest for a few minutes, as at the initial stage it will be soft and there are chances for it to get broken while serving..
- When it rests for a few minutes it will get a bit hard and you can serve them to your little ones who may enjoy having a quick bite on it.
