CHEESE PARATHA


  • Wheat flour                                       2cups
  • oil                                                     1tbspn
  • salt                                                    11/4teaspn
  • Water                                                for kneading


To a large bowl add in above ingredientss and knead to a smooth dough

  • Mozarella cheese                             1cup
  • onions                                              1/4cup
  • Green chillies                                  1no
  • Salt                                                  a pinch


Mix together above ingredients

Make small balls out of the dough and roll them to medium sized parathas.Place a generous quantity of cheese mixture over them and place another rooled out paratha and stick the sidesgently.Now dust in moree flour and roll them again.
Place them over a hot tawa and let it cook on either sides.
Serve them hot with chutney or raita
