Chocolate halwa

  • Sooji                                        11/4cup
  • Coco powder                           1tbsp
  • Chocolates                               1/2cup
  • Milk                                         11/2cups
  • Vanilla essence                         a drop
  • Sugar                                       5tbsp
  • Cashews,badam and kismis      1cup

To a large pan pour in milk to this add in coco powder and stir without any lumps. Now add in chocolate and vanilla essence and stir again until melted. Keep this aside for cooling.




To another vessel add in 4tbsp of ghee and lightly roast up the rava/sooji. To this add in sugar and stir well. 


Now transfer this to the chocolate mixture ; stir well and keep back on fire. Add in the chopped nuts.If you find it to be too dry add in some more milk and stir well until it starts leaving out from the pan.
