BESAN LADDOO..
This is a rich traditional Indian sweet loved by all. Being made of chickpea flour it is more healthy and famous amongst the kids also.These ladoos are made mostly at the times of Diwali and chathurthi.
INGREDIENTS
In a pan heat ghee and transfer besan to it and roast untill it forms light pink in colour and its raw taste leaves off.Add half of the nuts to this and roast lightly.Keep this aside and when its well cooled add sugar to it and mix well and make small balls and place badams on it.

- Besan 2cups
- Ghee 11/2cups
- Sugar 11/2cups(powdered)
- Badam 1tbspn
