  • Banana                                              3-4nos
  • Grated Coconut                                 11/4cup
  • Sugar                                                 11/2tbpn
  • Cardomon                                         1/2teaspn
  • Cashew and kismis                            1/2cup
  • Maida                                               2tbspn
  • Water                                               for mixing
  • Ghee                                                 for frying
Mix in the coconut,sugar,cardomon and the nuts together.Tear the middle of the banana slightly and fill in the coconut mixture into it.Mix maida and water to a smooth batter.Coat up the split with the maida batter and shallow fry the bananas in ghee.
